The Start of Century
Four years subsequent to the Detective Conan: Clash of the Red and Black arc, the Black Organization has failed to make an appearance since the death of Akai Shuuichi, which leaves the FBI and CIA baffled. But hidden deep within Japan, the Black Organization still exists, committing crimes in which no actual deduction could be traced to them! Meanwhile, Conan and the others have continued to grow, solving cases throughout Japan, even though the crimes being committed have seemed to lessen. As they await the return of the Black Organization, things have been running rather smoothly even for those who were shrunken by the APTX-4869! But will it continue to run this smoothly? Also, will those shrunken by the chemical ever return back to normal? The truth can be discovered in On Dawn's Highway, a Detective Conan and Magic Kaitou RPG.

We’ve MOVED. Yeah, I kind of felt it necessary to move over to Invisionfree. Why? Well, I began to notice how much smoother it is than Proboards and all of the features you have. Top that off, we weren’t getting anyone here and it’s a whole lot harder to find people interested in Proboards. SO please join us at our new home! PERSONALITY; Before Conan, Kudo Shin’ichi was somewhat arrogant because of his fame in being the Savior of the Police Force and a brilliant detective. He was rather obsessed with mystery and detective novels, usually changing the topic of any conversation to a specific case of his favorite fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes. But aside from that, he was still a playful, kind, and amiable person to be with. The great detective was willing to help anyone in need being either studies or detective business. Once a case is brought to the light, all fun and games aside, Shin’ichi gets serious and doesn’t allow anything (or anyone) distract him from solving the certain case!
However, when under the alias of Edogawa Conan; he is very intelligent for his young age and usually surprises adults with his advanced knowledge. Some adults are rather intrigued that Conan is actually able to participate in cases involving murder scenarios. To prevent blowing his cover, Conan usually points out obvious hints or acknowledges the presence of certain clues to Kogoro or a police officer so they could be up to date with him. Like Shin’ichi, he adores soccer and uses this to his advantage when a convict becomes aggressive or tries to get away. He tends to strategize and plan ahead for his deduction and usually catches them off guard by acting like a curious little boy.
Unlike the usual kid who speaks his mind, Conan keeps his thoughts to himself. This is actually beneficial to him considering he is constantly annoyed, surprised, and even worried. There are times when he subconsciously does things he would normally do as Shin’ichi, most of the time, being a detective. He is quick to deny this, however, and usually covers up his odd actions by acting like a child again. Conan feels like he can’t trust anyone, especially giving his true identity away. But he was still able to reveal that he is in fact Kudo Shin’ichi to a few people; but he hides this because he cares for his friends and family, and would do anything to keep them safe.

Black Organization, for turning him into a child. Boring cases Thieves, assassins, criminals, morons, the list could go on! Kogoro taking credit for the cases he (Conan) solves, even if it’s completely obvious. Stuck in a child’s body; this includes having to act like a child, hanging out with kids, weaker body, and limited to so little things, and solving cases in obscurity.

BRIEF HISTORY; The Sherlock Holmes of the 21st Century, Kudou Shin’ichi was a well-known, genius young detective who solved several cases that were very difficult, even for professionals! He was in the soccer team, but decided to quit as soon as his reflexes were trained to the highest extent in order to be prepared for any danger, alas improving his detective skills. Anyway, fast forward to the big shrink! It all started out with a simple date to a theme park called "Tropical Land," it was pretty much to celebrate Mouri Ran’s victory in a karate championship. Coincidentally, a murder case takes place in the same exact theme park, which grasp’s Shin’ichi’s attention.
Shin’ichi easily closed the case, but kept his eye on two suspicious men in black and on their way out; he follows them to a secluded area outside the park. Witnessing an exchange between a man and one of the men dressed in black, it involved a blackmail of some sort that was worth a large sum of money to be kept quiet about. To his surprise, Shin’ichi wasn’t expecting the man’s accomplice sneak up from behind and strikes him with a pipe. To prevent anymore witnesses, he forces him to swallow a poison known as APTX 4869, to specifically kill him and eliminate him from existence.
However, the poison's effect backfired and instead, his body shrunk to the appearance of a child. Waking up from the entire affliction, Shin’ichi desperately ran back to his house, but not before realizing that he had reverted back to his appearance back to that of his seven year-old self. While trying to get into his own home, he runs into Dr. Agasa Hiroshi and had to convince him to believe that he was Shin’ichi!
Considering Shin’ichi had ran off on their “date,” Ran soon goes to his house because she was worried about him. There she discovers Dr. Agasa and Shin’ichi as a child, but doesn’t really recognize him and asks for his name. With the combination of two detective novel authors (Edogawa Rampo and Arthur Conan Doyle) he came up with the alias, Edogawa Conan. Dr. Agasa tells Ran that Conan is a cousin to Shin’ichi, and convinces Ran to take him in. This was because her father, Mouri Kogoro, is a private detective, and was sure that Shin’ichi would be able to locate the "Black Organization" if such a case comes to Ran’s father.
Conan currently lives with Ran and Kogoro, helping the incompetent detective known as Mouri Kogoro solve cases that come to him. Dr. Agasa invents many useful gadgets that help Shin’ichi’s life as child again and while solving cases. Throughout the various cases, he’s made several friends, allies, and even rivals! He even somewhat forms the Shonen Tantei-dan (Detective Boys), with three of his elementary school classmates and sometimes requires their help to solve some cases. A few people know of his true identity, but he is glad that they have kept their lips sealed about it and have not betrayed him as to date.
SAMPLE
The case was reaching it’s climax, out of the 5 suspects, only one didn’t have a decent or logical alibi. Conan fixed his large glasses with his index finger and watched Inspector Megure interrogate an innocent suspect because his so called “guardian” had opened his big mouth and accused him for murdering the victim. The little detective ran over to a chair and pushed it behind the incompetent detective known as Kogoro. Luckily Kogoro’s ego was inflating so much that it had dilated and was interfering with his brain processing. Turning his attention back to Megure and the innocent suspect, he shook his head and walked over to Kogoro’s side.
The other suspects were too busy begging the officers if they could be dismissed. And Ran was just simply watching Megure point fingers. Now was his chance! He raised his left arm up to eye level. The face flipped up and used it to lock on to his target. Target locked! He aimed and fired a tranquilizer dart to Kogoro’s neck and immediately put the private detective to sleep. Conan immediately pushed the chair a bit closer and luckily caught Kogoro before he landed on his behind.
’Ok, the old man is asleep, now to get their attention.’
He thought to himself as he grabbed the back of the chair’s legs and pulled him near a table. Wiping the sweat off his forehead, Conan sighed and hid under the table, making sure the table covers concealed his presence. He pulled his red bow tie and turned the dials on the back, uttering a few sounds quietly, making sure he had Kogoro’s voice. It was in its correct settings for Kogoro and this case was about to be closed. Conan, in Kogoro’s voice, immediately cleared his throat, and got everyone’s attention.
”Inspector, it appears I have made a mistake when I accused this man. Allow to me to revise my deduction.”

Although I will point out one minor thing. The RPG takes place four years after the Clash of the Red and Black arc, which means that Conan would be eleven (11) and Shin'ichi would be twenty-one (21). :)
