Four years subsequent to the Detective Conan: Clash of the Red and Black arc, the Black Organization has failed to make an appearance since the death of Akai Shuuichi, which leaves the FBI and CIA baffled. But hidden deep within Japan, the Black Organization still exists, committing crimes in which no actual deduction could be traced to them! Meanwhile, Conan and the others have continued to grow, solving cases throughout Japan, even though the crimes being committed have seemed to lessen. As they await the return of the Black Organization, things have been running rather smoothly even for those who were shrunken by the APTX-4869! But will it continue to run this smoothly?
